Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply:
*Choose size according to size chart measurements provided and choose size according to the type of fit you desire.
1. For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order once only you place the order, therefore there is no item to be exchanged.
2. If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.
This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
3. Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (aesthetic or damaged item)
4. After contacting we will walk you through the steps to ship the item
back to us..
We have a 14 day return policy,
To be eligible for a return, your damaged item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
